Villa Stonehouse is a beautiful rustic house located just 3.5 km from the sea and the town of Umag, a renowned Istrian gem that captivates with its Mediterranean charm. Umag is rich in history and culture, offering diverse opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Strolling through the narrow streets of the old town reveals many historical landmarks such as churches, museums, and remnants of ancient buildings. Enjoy the charm of Mediterranean architecture, take a walk along the seaside promenade, or relax in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants where you can taste authentic Istrian delicacies. Umag also offers various outdoor activities such as cycling, diving, sailing, and golfing, making it an ideal destination for an active holiday in the beautiful surroundings of the Adriatic Sea.Villa Stonehouse was built in 1918 and renovated in 2022. On a fully enclosed property, guests can use a pool, two covered terraces with seating sets, a barbecue, and two parking spaces.The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet u.war sauber. Der Pool ist nicht der Größte aber zum Abkühlung reicht er auf jedenfall . Kommen gerne wieder
