Unser Aufenthalt, die Umgebung (wir sind sehr viel Fahrrad gefahren) waren sehr schön.Negativ für uns war, dass wir am Abreisetag unser Kopfkissen mit Bettbezug vergessen haben. Wir haben dies direkt am Abreisetag von unterwegs gemeldet und einige E-Mails diesbezüglich verschickt. Nach ca. 2 Wochen erfolgte nochmals ein Telefonat mit der Info Ihrerseits: "Wir melden uns auf jeden Fall".... Bis heute ist weder das Kopfkissen noch eine Nachricht von Ihnen erfolgt. Dies ist für uns einfach unverständlich....nach so viel Zusagen Ihrerseits......:-( Wir werden über Ihre Agentur keine Ferien mehr verbringen.
