The Duinerei C301/302 Penthouse is a fantastic apartment right on the beach. It truly deserves the title “penthouse” and offers, among other things, a beautiful view over the dunes, plenty of space, two balconies, two seating areas, a spacious dining table, and every comfort. In addition, the penthouse features a lovely wellness area with a luxurious infrared sauna.



The penthouse is literally located at the foot of the dunes. From the building, you have direct access to the beach entrance at Groote Keeten. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children.



The lift takes you directly to your accommodation. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished and features a spacious living area, two cosy seating areas, and a centrally located dining table. The semi-open kitchen is very well-equipped. From both balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful polder landscape and the impressive dunes of Groote Keeten.



The penthouse features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, including a bathtub and sauna. Both bathrooms are accessible directly from a bedroom. There is also a separate guest bathroom in the penthouse.

The storage room contains a washing machine and dryer.

You have access to both a private garage and a private parking space next to the building. This unique penthouse offers everything you need for a luxurious holiday by the sea.


Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
