“Servus” to our holiday rental with antique charm.
Our house was built many years ago using antique elements, under the motto “OLD meets NEW.” A sunny and quiet location, close to the town centre, offers our guests a relaxing stay. Two newly built holiday apartments—approx. 80 m² (Apartment 1) and approx. 85 m² (Apartment 2)—are available.



Apartment 2, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

The second holiday apartment, measuring 85 m², features a kitchen area on the ground floor (kitchenette with electric ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cookware, and tea towels, food processor), a dining area in the “Turmstübchen” (round bench, round table, toaster) or a dining area in the garden under the large, shady walnut tree, a living area (tiled stove, baroque chest, flat-screen TV (cable TV) -Sofa and seating elements -Coat rack -Wicker chest), a bathroom (-Shower -Antique sink -Hair dryer -Hand towels -Bath towels -Magnifying mirror -First aid kit) and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor you’ll find:
Bedroom 1 (double bed with bedding and linens; single bed, which can also be used as a sofa; antique farmhouse chest
; wingback chair; reading lamp; fan; 2 pieces of seating in the “Turmstübchen”) and Bedroom 2 (-antique farmhouse bed, restored and enlarged (0.90 m x 2 m), bedding and linens -antique double farmhouse bed, restored and enlarged (1.20 m x 2 m) Bedding and linens—chest of drawers—washing machine—ironing board—iron—clothes rack—vacuum cleaner).
