On the ground floor of the house, there are the one-bedroom apartment Viki, while on the first floor, there is the spacious apartment Sani with 3 bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find apartment Evan, apartment Teo for 4 people, and apartment Goran. All apartments have their private entrance, air conditioning, and designated parking space. The garden area is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, offering a pool and jacuzzi available to all guests. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen equipped with seating area and fireplace, surrounded by natural greenery, perfect for relaxation in the shade or evening gatherings outdoors.The apartment Sani is located on the first floor and covers an area of 250 m2. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with rustic furniture, a fireplace, a dining area, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. From the hallway, you enter the bathroom with a shower. The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a TV, with one bedroom having its own bathroom. It also has one bedroom with a single bed. From the bedrooms and the living room, there is access to the balcony equipped with a seating area and a jacuzzi.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
