The modern, high-quality furniture, with its clean lines and light colours, brings a sense of quality and understated elegance to this beautiful apartment.<br><br>This 70 m² two-room apartment, suitable for 2 to a maximum of 3 people, is located on the ground floor of the “Sterntaucher” apartment building—newly constructed in spring 2017—in the Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow and offers an idyllic view of the natural surroundings. The kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The apartment building is situated at the foot of the Lotsenberg. The climb to its observation tower is rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the Bodden landscape, salt marshes, the entire Mönchgut Nature Reserve, and—on clear days—all the way to the church spires of Stralsund. The “Sterntaucher” house is an excellent starting point for exploring the island in a variety of ways, no matter the season. Even in the cooler months, the apartment is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.<br><br>Your holiday home:<br><br>In the bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed invites you to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A free cot with a mattress is available.<br><br>In the living area, you’ll find a high-quality sofa set that can be easily converted into a full-size sleeping area for two adults. A cosy armchair in front of a warm wood-burning stove invites you to browse through the small library, which is stocked with lovingly selected books. The apartment is equipped with a TV in both the living and sleeping areas.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi available.<br><br>Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with many extras and a cosy dining area (coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, smoothie maker, blender, hand blender, oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment). <br><br>The apartment’s bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large sink, a large mirror, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a bathroom scale, a heated towel rack, and a washing machine. <br><br>In the entryway, you’ll find ample storage space, as well as an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, high chair, clothes rack, and various household items. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and has insect screens on the windows and doors. From the living area, you step out onto a large south-facing terrace with granite slabs in a small garden, furnished with a teak seating set, two lounge chairs, and a large umbrella. A kettle grill is provided. Storage space for your rented or personal bicycles and beach gear is available in a separate shed on the property. The shed also contains an off-road handcart suitable for this purpose.<br><br>The holiday apartment includes a free parking space directly in front of the house.<br><br>Dogs are allowed upon request.<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The “Sterntaucher” holiday home, newly built in spring 2017 in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow, is situated in a very quiet location at the foot of the Lotsenberg, approximately 150 metres from the stunning Baltic Sea beach—right in the middle of the nature reserve. Just a short walk away—about 3 minutes on foot—is the popular Lotsenturm viewpoint, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the region and the kilometers-long white sandy beaches, Bodden bays, salt marshes, and marshy reed beds.
