The apartment for rent is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building constructed in 2000. It’s situated on a small pedestrian alley right next to the Alter Markt, yet completely free of traffic noise. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, the sun shines in beautifully all day long. We renovated the apartment two years ago. In addition to new hardwood floors, it features a new bathroom, a new kitchen, and new furniture. The apartment is therefore in excellent condition. The living room, which includes an open-concept kitchen, serves as the heart of the apartment. It features a large, comfortable sleeper sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a dining table that seats four. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances and is state-of-the-art. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed with nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and has also been newly renovated. The apartment also includes a basement storage room where bicycles and other items can be stored. There is also a laundry room with several washing machines and dryers available for free use. The building has an lift and a shared courtyard. The trash bins are located in the building’s underground car park. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to secure one of the few parking spaces there. However, there are various parking spaces available around the building (some of which require a fee).
