The open living area with a spacious built-in kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. From here, you have direct access to the balcony—ideal for a relaxing start to the day or a glass of wine in the evening.
The Darß Forest is just a few steps away and invites you to enjoy long walks, bike rides, and nature experiences right on your doorstep.
The bright attic features a stylish bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and custom-built closets, as well as a second room that can be used as an additional bedroom with a double bed or as a spacious retreat with a sofa/single bed, depending on your needs. Two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower—provide additional comfort. High-speed fiber-optic internet (up to 100 Mbit) makes the apartment ideal for working while on holiday or for longer stays.
The apartment includes a parking space as well as a lockable bike and storage room right next to the building. Washing machines, dryers, and an electric car charging station are available in the complex on the open parking spaces of Building Q. The apartment spans two floors (2nd floor and attic) and offers the perfect setting for a stylish getaway in close proximity to nature.
