At the heart of the charming coastal town of Imperia Porto Maurizio, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the small holiday villa La Limonaia is situated in a very well-kept garden. In walking distance to the sea and beaches, as well as restaurants, the town’s market and a radiant pedestrian zone, La Limonaia is a green Oasis of peace. Enjoy quiet and relaxed days under the secular olive trees, surrounded by lavender and blooming bougainvillea in your private garden with sea-view.

The romantic house is finely renovated and offers all sorts of living comfort. All rooms have large double doors towards the garden, so that indoor and outdoor space are blurred into one. In the garden you will find many dreamy spots in the sun or shade, perfect for every time of the day. At night the panoramic setting promises spectacular views of the old town centre of Porto Maurizio. The large, bright living room is crowned with a grand piano, since the houseowner is a renowned Pianist, and our guests are allowed to use it. The bedroom is elegantly furnished and has a king-size bed (180x200cm). From here you can access a modern bathroom with an own door to the garden. The well-furnished kitchen completes the perfect ambiance. A third guest can sleep comfortably on the sleeping couch in the living room.

In front of the kitchen there is a nice dining area in the shade of lemon trees. Two sun chairs can be found by the grapefruit trees. The unique sense of peace in the shade of the old branches helps our guests wind down and relax.

For those who like to explore, San Remo, Monte Carlo and Nizza make for perfect day-trip destinations. The romantic countryside and sunny beaches invite you to make unforgettable memories. Here, everyone will find their perfect holiday activity.

Beeindruckende Lage, super Aussicht sehr ruhig und doch nahe an der Stadt. Großer und sehr gepflegter Garten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, schönes Geschirr, es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt.

Schönes Ferienhaus inmitten eines großen Gartens mit alten Oliven- ,Zitronen- und Pampelmusenbäumen, in sehr ruhiger Lage aber dennoch zentral zum angenehmen historischen Ort Porto Maurizio. Gut ausgestattete Küche, modernes Bad, gute Betten. Die Eigentümerin Giovanna wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück, spricht hervorragend Deutsch und war unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Von hier aus hat man viele Möglichkeiten Touren am Meer und auch ins Landesinnere zum Wandern durchzuführen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Die Gastfreundschaft von Giovanna war hervorragend. Vielen herzlichen Dank. Die Lage ca. 15 min fußläufig vom Meer war für uns ideal. Im wunderschönen Garten konnten wir am Nachmittag noch die Blicke auf die Altstadt Porto Maurizio genießen. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. WLAN-/TV-Empfang waren gut.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage waren wunderschön. Das Engagement von Giovanna war enorm. Da der Fernseher nicht funktionierte, hat sie alles versucht, um rechtzeitig Abhilfe zu schaffen. Leider ist ihr das in unserer Woche nicht mehr gelungen, obwohl sie umgehend ein neues Gerät gekauft hat. Fazit: Wir sind bestens zufrieden.
