Mooi appartement in rustige straat

Modern en mooi appartement. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook voor het zelf bereiden van gerechten was alles aanwezig. Op loopafstand een grote supermarkt. en een paar restaurants. Veel meer restaurants op 10 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Denia. Minpuntje zijn de terrasstoeltjes: Niet geschikt om langere tijd op te zitten.

Kan beter

Positief: rustig, dichtbij strand en supermarkt, mooi zwembad, eigen parkeerplek. Minpunten: weinig opbergmogelijkheden voor kleding (geen planken in de kast), vaatwasser die niet goed werkt, wastafel loopt vol met water, schuifdeur badkamer werkt niet goed, houten meubilair op balkon zit niet lekker. Schoonmaak kon beter.
