Anyone who moves into this lovingly furnished 3-room apartment, just 150 metres from the lake, will quickly realise how wonderful it is to holiday on Lake Constance.
The apartment, which sleeps up to 3 adults, is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of Lake Constance. Nothing stands in the way of reading a good book by the lake or watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine.
There is a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 m) and a guest room with a queen-size (1.40 m) fold-out bed, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a spacious living/dining area with an open-concept kitchen. From the south-facing balcony as well as from the living/dining area, you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Lake Constance no matter the season.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, and a fridge-freezer. The apartment also features a modern flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a large selection of DVDs and books. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide an electric grill.

Included:
Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price.
A lockable parking space in the underground garage is available for your car; bicycles you bring along can be stored in the garage.

Not included:
We’re happy to take care of the final cleaning for you; the cost is 100 €.
The municipality charges a visitor’s tax of 3.30 € per day per person aged 16 and older, which must be paid separately.
Additional important information
The apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase; there is no lift.

The holiday rental includes a thoughtfully put-together information folder with everything you need to know about the apartment, as well as details on recreational activities, shopping options, and restaurant recommendations.

Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please provide your exact arrival time one week in advance.
Earlier or later check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
