The apartment is located on the ground floor (basement) of the building and has a total living area of approximately 65 m². Both bedrooms have a double bed. A travel cot and a high chair are also provided. From the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the stunning Conventer Niederung with its diverse birdlife and flora until the evening sun sets. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The entire apartment has radiant floor heating. The living area features a cosy seating area and is equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, and DVD player. A covered bike shed is available for bicycles. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. This beautiful two-room apartment is located in a quiet area, with a stunning view of the “Conventer Niederung” nature reserve. Many charming little restaurants and cafes have sprung up in the surrounding area, inviting you to linger and enjoy a meal. For active holidaymakers, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports, play golf, or go for a run. A beautiful bike path along the Baltic Sea coast leads to Warnemünde or towards Kühlungsborn.<br>In Börgerende, a former small fishing village between Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, situated directly on the Baltic Sea, tourism is still practised in an eco-friendly and nature-oriented way. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation. For variety and excitement, visit nearby towns such as Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn. Bad Doberan has much to offer in terms of culture and wellness. From here, a short trip on the nostalgic “Molli” steam train is also highly recommended. Ein gutes gesamtkonzept

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer wäre super.Das schlafsofa war für Kinder okay, für Erwachsene wäre es nichts.Eine popup strandmuschel sowie kindersandspielzeug war vorhanden.Die Lage ist gut, jedoch ohne Fahrrad muss der Weg zum Strand sowie zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto angetreten werden (mit kleinen Kindern).Der Parkplatz zu der Flunder 5 war leider nicht erkenntlich, dass wurde aber angesprochen und soll wohl bald geändert werden.Die kleine Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein vorhandenes Eisfach möchte ich hier besonders hervorheben.Ich kann die Ferienwohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Schöne gemütliche, saubere Wohnung

Das Wetter war nicht so gut. Daher war es sehr von Vorteil, dass wir uns in einer schönen gemütlichen Wohnung zurückziehen konnten. Einziges Manko: im TV sollte mal ein neuer Sendersuchlauf durchgeführt werden. Es sind leider nur höchstens 10% der Sender verfügbar. Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter aber nervt das etwas.

Urlaub am Meer

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner Ort.
