The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. One bedroom has a double bed and a rollaway bed. Another bedroom also has a double bed and a rollaway bed and offers access to the balcony. The next bedroom has a double bed. The last bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, two sinks, and a hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. Bed linens and towels, a washing machine and drying rack, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, as well as Wi-Fi, are provided free of charge. You also have access to an open terrace with a grill and comfortable patio furniture. A free parking space and an electric vehicle charging station are located in the courtyard. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. The following payment options are available: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and prepayment. A security deposit of 150.00 EUR must be paid in cash upon key pickup. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Later check-in is by arrangement only. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed for a fee of 25 EUR per pet per stay. An extra crib and high chair are available.
