Properly was new and clean. Very close to downtown and Biltmore. The identification confirmation process after booking was a pain, so much to the point where I thought it was a scam for my identity due to the consistent issues with the link to identify and confirm. The hosts were very responsive, which was nice. The location is in more so of a warehouse/small business area. The river that is referred to in the listing description is actually well across the street and doesn't provide much of a view as can be assumed based on the way it is described in the listing. However, overall, it was a great stay and very convenient.

Thank you for the candid and balanced review. Glad the home's location near downtown and the Biltmore worked well, and we hear you on the ID verification friction, which we've shared with our team, along with your note on how the river reads in the listing. We appreciate you sticking with us through it, and we'd welcome you back!
