Beautiful 18th-century traditional Canarian house located in the Historic Artistic Center of Villa de Arico. Enjoy a privileged rural setting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in peace and tranquility.



The property sits on a 770-square-meter plot. The 220-square-meter house is arranged around a charming patio with ornamental plants.



It features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living area, two bathrooms (one en suite), and three double bedrooms with wooden floors and ceilings. The spacious upstairs bedroom has two balconies offering sunrise views, as well as sea and mountain vistas.



Expansive gardens with fruit trees, aromatic herbs, and ornamental plants provide views of the village, the 18th-century Church of San Juan Bautista, the Atlantic Ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The gardens are set on two levels with many spots to sit and relax.



On the lower level, there is a saltwater pool with chairs, umbrella, loungers, and an outdoor shower. The upper level offers a large covered and furnished barbecue area, an open terrace with wooden furniture, and an outdoor shower.



High-speed Wi-Fi is included for remote work. Parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Free street parking. Sustainability guidelines (waste, water, and energy saving).



Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. No parties or events permitted.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Pros: Alicia hatte alle möglichen Leckereien für uns vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden und immer ein Parkplatz vorm Haus frei. Das Anwesen ist gewaltig, es gibt so viel zu entdecken, alles liebevoll gestaltet, tolle Ausstattung. so viel Platz für unsere drei Kinder! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

La casa lo tiene todo. Alicia la anfitriona ha previsto todos los detalles que te puede brindar esta vivienda antigua canaria. Todo muy limpio. La zona barbacoa amplio y con todo lo necesario. Tiene zona de huefto con arboles frutales y plantas aromáticas como tomillo,hierbabuena que nos encantó sentarnos en las hamacas a tomar café bajo la sombra de árboles. La piscina ideal para días de calor. Camas muy cómodas. La zona muy tranquila. Excelente para descansar,desconectar o reunión familiar. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Tolle aussicht

Pros: Es war alles super sauber und gepflegt!! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht von pflegeprodukten bis gewürzen Es war alles da! Als Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein auf den küchen tisch und selbst für den ersten kleinen Hunger wurde dran gedacht. Brot ,Butter ,Wasser,Kaffe ,Tee es war so viel da das kann man nicht aufzählen ,einfach klasse! Alicia war immer zu erreichen wenn man fragen hatte und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen,einfach klasse!!! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur herzlich empfehlen!!!

Wat een heerlijke, rustige en authentieke plek om te relaxen

Pros: Het terrein is groter dan het op de foto's lijkt te zijn. Je hebt echt een eigen prive patio en het zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen. Het verblijf is verzorgd en smaakvol ingericht en erg schoon. De woonkamer en keuken zitten in een apart huisje los van de slaapgelegenheden, wat voor ons extra rust gaf. De eigenaar is heel goed bereikbaar voor vragen en zorgt heel goed voor je. Wij voelden ons er heel erg thuis en hebben met volle teugen genoten van dit sfeervolle verblijf. We zouden er zo weer heen willen gaan. Cons: Soms was het warme douche water wat snel op

Weihnachten auf Teneriffa

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Teneriffa und im Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe und wunderschöne Umgebung genossen. Das Anwesen hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Man ist trotz der ruhigen Lage, sehr gut mit dem Auto angebunden. Die Vermieterin ist extrem bemüht, dass alles stimmt. Das Check-in und out ist sehr angenehm. Das Inventar des Hauses bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt

Notre plus belle location de vacances

Super endroit, bien entretenu, accueillant, la meilleure location de vacances qu'ont ait eue. Jsute un petit souci de wifi pas très stable. Et peut-être ajouter une bande colorée à la dernière marche des escaliers en bois, car on la voit pas.
