Our holiday rental is located in the town of Siegsdorf, in the Hammer district.
It is on the 1st floor and can be reached by stairs.
This very bright holiday rental features:

Storage space is available for strollers, bicycles, etc.

The car park is located right next to the holiday rental and is free of charge.

Our bright and quiet 105 m² holiday rental is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs.
Description of the individual rooms:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and a balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, dining area, and balcony
- Living room with TV, board games, a wood-burning stove, a large couch for relaxing, and a balcony
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub
- Small fitness room with an exercise bike, exercise ball, etc.
Storage space is available for bicycles, strollers, cross-country skis, and downhill skis.
Parking for your car is located right next to the holiday rental.
In the immediate vicinity of our house, you’ll find a children’s playground, a bakery with a café, a restaurant, and a spa park with a Kneipp pool and another children’s playground. There is also a bus service to Bad Reichenhall and Traunstein.
If you’re a cyclist, you can hop right onto the bike trail network and explore the area.
In Siegsdorf, 7 km away, there is a newly built outdoor pool, an ice cream parlour, a mammoth museum, a train station, and restaurants where you can relax.
Inzell is also 7 km away. Here you can visit, for example, the outdoor pool, the ice rink, cafes, or restaurants. Both of these towns are easily accessible by bike.
Ruhpolding is about 14 km away. It’s known for the Biathlon World Cups.
Our location is also ideal for hiking. The Zinnkopf, the Teisenberg with the Stoisser Alm, as well as the Hochfelln, Rauschberg, and the Winkelmoos Alm are all within easy reach.
If you have small children, we can also recommend hiking routes that can be done either with a baby carrier or by taking the children along.
We spend a lot of time out and about on our bikes and are active in several clubs.
