All beds are made with fresh linens before your arrival.
Each bedroom has storage space, electrical sockets, and USB ports for charging smartphones next to each bed. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with a closet.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is divided into two rooms. The first room contains the shower and a sink with a mirror. The second room contains the toilet, a sink, and a mirror.
The common room is furnished with a dining table, seven chairs, and a 50-inch SMART TV.
There is also a laundry room equipped with a modern washing machine, a modern dryer, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
The entire property offers high-speed Wi-Fi.
In the courtyard, right in front of the entrance door, there are also two parking spaces that can be used free of charge. If needed, additional parking spaces are available on the street.
