Welcome to Indy House & Court, a stylish and fun-filled home designed for families and groups of up to 12. Enjoy the charm of walkable downtown Greenwood, with parks, restaurants, shops, a local bar, and two breweries within walking distance, while staying approximately 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
One of the highlights of the property is our private pickleball court. You’ll also find a cornhole set and a climate-controlled game room featuring a dartboard, cards, board games, puzzles, and fitness equipment including a treadmill and weights. Whether your group wants a little friendly competition, a relaxing game night, or a quick workout, there’s plenty to enjoy without leaving the property.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed, 55-inch smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and a bunk suite featuring six Twin XL beds, a large closet with plenty of storage and hanging space, and its own private bathroom with two sinks and a shower. An additional upstairs full bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination.
Bathrooms feature LED-lighted mirrors, and every bedroom has a portable fan for added airflow and comfort. The king and queen bedrooms also feature 55-inch smart TVs and ceiling fans. The bunk room does not include a ceiling fan, but does include a portable fan.
With plenty of room to gather together while still having space to spread out, Indy House & Court is especially well suited for families, multi-generational trips, sports groups, and friends traveling together.
When you’re ready to explore, downtown Indianapolis is an easy drive. Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse are approximately 18 minutes away, White River State Park about 20 minutes, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway about 30 minutes away.

Why they chose this property
This is a quiet, safe area just about 20 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis. There are local shops/restaurants/breweries to check out within a 5-10 minute walk of my place.
What makes this property unique
We have a pickleball court and game room for our guests to enjoy. Our court was professionally painted by a specialist from Maine using a sand/paint mixture for better bounce and traction.
