At first glance the condo appeared to be clean but after getting settled in, there were several things we noticed. Mold around the bathtub and faucet. Sticky surfaces where paint was applied over the counters. Unusable deck due to dirt and mold. Food splattered on backsplash. The beds were comfortable enough and the furniture was adequate.The location was excellent, right across from the beach and short walks to restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub are not part of the VRBO, they are condominium residents. The VRBO condo is in need of some TLC.

As there was roof work being done, we had a fair bit of tree droppings both on our balcony and in our living room area surfaces. Additionally, We could ONLY find parking at the opposite end if the complex. It was a great location though.

Birch Bay Beach Stay

My dad lives just down the beach a I spent most of my time there and didn’t take advantage of all the amenities but the room was clean, quiet and the beds had nice comfortable mattresses
