Our holiday home, Deichliebe (this is the right half of the house), has just been refurbished and renovated.

This spacious, luxury semi-detached home, with a total area of approximately 210 m², impresses with its modern architecture and a dreamlike location right on the dike. Inside, you’ll find exclusive amenities that exude STYLE and absolute spaciousness on every level. The property boasts an unparalleled ocean view, which is definitely a highlight on the upper floor.
In the morning, you might even find the cows on the dike right in front of the house saying “Good morning” to you.

With spacious floor plans and nearly endless windows, this property offers a sense of openness and freedom. With a total area of approximately 210 m², including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, and a playroom/office, the high-quality interior design and modern amenities leave nothing to be desired.

The fenced-in property, which spans approximately 1,000 m², includes 4 parking spaces and a wallbox charging station.
There is also a large garden shed. Step out onto your covered patio and feel at one with nature, surrounded by meadows and dikes. The view of the Wadden Sea and the lighthouse on Norderney is indescribable and ensures you’ll never get bored…

Features

The lower living level offers a spacious, beautiful living room with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The covered terrace overlooking the expansive garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. An utility room and an adjoining room complete the ground floor.
Behind the garden shed is another terrace where you can retreat and enjoy a book.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a breathtaking master bedroom with a magnificent view, a stylish bathroom with a tub and shower, and a spacious children’s/guest area. A beautiful staircase leads to the elaborately renovated attic with hardwood floors. Here, you’ll find an additional approximately 30 m² of usable space with a sea view.
All bedrooms feature a box-spring bed with a TV and a closet.

On the ground floor, there is an additional room that includes both a play area and a desk.
Fiber-optic internet is in the works. We are waiting for it to be activated. Until then, internet access is available via Wi-Fi.

The price includes the costs for gas and water, final cleaning, fiber-optic internet, as well as bed linens and towels.
From November through March (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve), the rental does not include bed linens and towels.
This also applies to all stays of fewer than 7 nights.
During these periods, the linens package can be added for EUR 35.00 per person.

Since my guests can charge their electric cars at the wall box at the holiday home, electricity is billed based on consumption at the rate valid during the travel period. 
This ensures that not all guests have to pay for the cost of charging their electric cars as part of the total weekly rental price.
