This modern and luxuriously furnished apartment offers everything you need for a wonderful short- or long-term stay on the Zummethöhe, a small, quiet holiday area with breathtaking views of the Moselle loop between Leiwen and Trittenheim. It’s the ideal starting point for hikes through the vineyards or walks along the Moselle.

You’ll find an approximately 112-square-meter, two-bedroom attic holiday apartment with an open, spacious living and dining area, a modern, luxurious built-in kitchen, and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a wine refrigerator, which is stocked with excellent wines from the region. A highlight of the apartment is the adjoining balcony, accessible from the living area, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Moselle and the surrounding vineyards. This view even won an award in 2019. The bright bedroom is also equipped with a high-quality shower. The apartment features modern furnishings and can accommodate up to four people.
For larger groups, three additional apartments in the building will soon be available for rent.

After a relaxing day of hiking, you can pick up a few groceries at the market in Leiwen. For larger shopping trips, the neighbouring towns of Neumagen-Dhron have stores like REWE or EDEKA.

The apartment is located on the top floor and has its own front door with a terrace in front of it. You’ll have the entire place to yourself. This includes a parking space in the garage where you can park for free.
