Winter Access: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is highly recommended when snow is present. Snow tires and/or chains are also recommended depending on road and weather conditions. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed, but Montana weather can be unpredictable and we want you to be able to come and go as you please.
Wildlife & Rural Setting: This cabin is located in a rural, wooded area near Rock Creek, where insects, mice, and other wildlife are a natural part of the environment. The property is professionally treated for pests, and additional sealing and preventative work is being completed to help keep the cabin as pest-free as possible. Because these measures can take time to be fully effective—and because of the cabin’s natural setting—guests may occasionally encounter insects or signs of a mouse, particularly during seasonal changes. We appreciate your understanding that while we take pest prevention seriously, it is not possible to completely eliminate encounters with nature in a rural Montana cabin. Property: There is a second cabin on the property where the owners reside. Guests have private use of the rental cabin, but the overall property is shared with the owners.
Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are present on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
