The holiday rental is a 4-star property designed for 2 people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a sleeper sofa (2 x 1.60 m), allowing guests to sleep separately or accommodating a family with a child. Numerous board games are available. A cot, high chair, and stair gate are provided upon request. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Towels are changed free of charge after one week. The windows are equipped with insect screens. For cycling enthusiasts, we offer numerous suggested bike tours through the Münsterland region and are happy to provide tips for interesting destinations. From Nienborg, you have the opportunity to embark on extensive bike tours and excursions throughout the Münsterland region and into the neighbouring Netherlands. In a star-shaped pattern, you can reach towns such as Ahaus, Gronau, and Ochtrup (DOC) by bike in less than an hour. Destinations like Enschede, Steinfurt, Stadtlohn, Gescher, Rheine, Bad Bentheim, or Vreden are within a 2–3-hour bike ride. By car, you can reach the Ruhr region or Münster in about 45 minutes via the A31 or the B54. Enschede is about a 25-minute drive away.

Amenities: Cosy living room with satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, and a reading corner with magazines and books. Modern kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, hand blender, and vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with shower featuring a bench and toilet. Both are equipped with a grab bar. There is a handrail on both sides of the staircase. Bedroom with a 2 x 2 m double bed (cold-foam mattresses).
