Lakehouse Hartowiec - Lakeside Hot Tub and Sauna

The Space:

Lakehouse Hartowiec is a year-round 100 m² house sleeping 7–9 guests. The layout includes four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeping arrangements include five single beds, two double beds and a sofa bed.



The living room is designed for spending time together and features a fireplace. The terrace overlooks the lake, while the house also provides free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.



The kitchen comes equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine is also available. Families can make use of a high chair.



The interiors combine the comfort of a holiday home with the natural character of a lakeside setting. The fireplace, views of the water and spacious layout make it equally suited to relaxed mornings and cosy evenings indoors.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the house and the property. Outside, there is a terrace overlooking the lake, parking and space to relax. The property is fenced.



Guests can also use the on-site jacuzzi and spacious 8-person sauna, as well as the barbecue and campfire area.



The hot tub is included in the price of your stay. Use of the sauna is subject to an additional fee.



Firewood for the fire pit is available for PLN 50.



There is a supply of firewood for the fireplace waiting for Guests in the house. If you need more after using it, additional firewood costs PLN 100.



Pets are welcome at the property.



The Neighborhood:

Lakehouse Hartowiec is located in Hartowiec, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, directly on Lake Hartowieckie. The house is surrounded by woodland and water, creating a peaceful natural setting away from the bustle of the city.



The area is well suited to both relaxing by the lake and enjoying outdoor activities. Guests can explore cycling routes and easy hiking trails, go kayaking and fishing, enjoy horse riding or head into the surrounding forests for mushroom picking. Water equipment, including kayaks, pedal boats and boards, can also be rented nearby.



A public beach is approximately a 5-minute walk from the house. A ski resort with an ice rink is around 30 minutes away.



Getting Around:

Lakehouse Hartowiec can be reached by car, train or taxi.



Parking is available on the property.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are handed over in person. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
