Before guests arrive, the home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay, so book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

- Note: Keyset for condo is in a lockbox on the corner of the building store and can be accessed only between 8 am and 12 mid night

- You will NOT share any amenities in the apartment with anyone. The entire place will be reserved for you.

- You will receive a guest manual link a few days before your check-in. (copy & paste the link in a browser, if it is not clickable).

- The guest manual has important information about your stay such as parking, check in information, wi-fi, house rules, etc.

By booking, you agree to all the following house rules on the listing:

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM onwards
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

1) NO smoking or Vaping in the condo / condo building, violating this rule will result in a $500 fee to de-smoke the condo.

2) No food or drinks on the bed. Any stained beddings or damaged items will be charged at retail costs through the booking portal as part of the process.

3) For longer reservations, (typically 4 nights and longer) it is recommended to wash the beddings and towels to maintain hygiene and keep beddings and towels stain-free.

4) We provide the basic supplies you need as you book our place but further supplies once initial reserve is consumed (especially for long-stay bookings), guests need to be purchased on your own.

5) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am.

**Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs**: If you`d like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance.
Note: If available, Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to an additional fee.

6) We ONLY allow non-shedding pets. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance.

- Guests get their own dog bed & bowls.
- Any pet poop should be picked up immediately and disposed of responsibly.
- Strictly no pets on any furniture. If pet hairs/shedding found on bedding, it will be discarded for hygiene reasons and guests will be charged retail cost of the bedding
- Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
- Pet should always be on leash outside

7) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay

8) No more than the number of guests mentioned in the reservation (max occupancy 4 people) should be at the property at any time. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $75/guest/night.

9) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. No loud music anytime.

10) Please take off outside shoes at the front.

11) Please leave everything as it was upon arrival. Do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

12) Do not wash hair down the drain.

13) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

15) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*For stays longer than 14 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 30-45 minutes. We will provide 24 hours` notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency when the maintenance team needs to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay.
