We offer you a cosy duplex apartment on two floors (4th floor + attic) with a view of the lake, the town centre, and the park in Schluchsee. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 7 people (max. 5 adults).
Schluchsee is the largest and, at the same time, the cleanest lake in the Black Forest.
You can explore the lakeside trail on foot or by bike, and along the way, the beautiful beach areas invite you to relax.
The numerous attractions and recreational opportunities promise a varied stay—whether it’s water sports beneath the Black Forest fir trees, the beach for the hot summer months, or the many hiking trails—there’s something for everyone.
In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow, and the ski season begins in this idyllic winter landscape.

The Schluchsee Dream Apartment offers a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Schluchsee, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants, boat rentals, and plenty of walking trails are located right on the lakeshore.

The approximately 96 m² duplex apartment is located on the top floor of a nearly new building, constructed in 2007, in the centre of the town of Schluchsee.

On the lower level is a large dining room with a high-quality, built-in kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen features a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combo, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, and basic kitchen appliances.
The living and dining area features a tiled stove.
Also located on this level is a lockable bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake.
A staircase leads to an open loft with another bedroom featuring a double bed (200x200) and a sleeper sofa (160x200). Also located on this level is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The entire apartment features underfloor heating. An elaborately designed tiled stove provides additional warmth. The lower living area features handmade tiles, while the upper level has hardwood parquet flooring.

Thanks to the numerous windows, the entire living area is flooded with light, offering beautiful views from every room. The windows can be shaded with pleated blinds, interior roller shades, and, in some cases, exterior roller shutters.

The window wall facing the patio features an electric roller shutter, and many windows have insect screens.

Numerous light sources either provide the necessary illumination for specific areas or create atmospheric lighting accents.

The large-screen LCD TV on the lower floor has a built-in hard drive that allows you to record programmes or watch TV on a delayed basis. A second LCD TV is located on the upper floor and includes a DVD player. Thanks to the Geneva® sound system with a CD slot and iPod connection, you won’t have to go without your favourite music in hi-fi quality even while on holiday. A cordless phone with three handsets distributed throughout the apartment and DSL Internet access round out our media offerings.

In a small library, you’ll find numerous books and maps about holidaying at Schluchsee and in the Black Forest, so you can plan your excursions and activities perfectly. We’ve also set out a few board games for you.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with 6 stackable chairs and a table with a granite top. Two fold-out lounge chairs invite you to sunbathe. An electric awning with automatic wind control protects you from too much sun, so you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the lake and the surrounding Black Forest mountains for as long as possible.

You can park your car in a spacious garage with a remote-controlled roll-up door. Bicycles can also be stored in the garage. An additional basement room provides extra storage space for skis or other equipment. An lift stops right in front of the apartment door.
