Our apartment is located on a historic winery in Rüdesheim am Rhein, right in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Relax on the private terrace with a glass of Riesling. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Despite being close to the lively Drosselgasse, the setting is quiet and peaceful. Explore charming old streets, excellent restaurants, scenic views, and the romantic Rhine—all just minutes away.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of an old winery. All rooms are accessed via the hallway:
- Bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed
- Spacious bathroom with a shower tray
- Living room/bedroom with a sofa corner and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, king-size box-spring bed
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the private terrace.

All rooms can be completely darkened using an external roller blind.

Free parking is available right on the street.

The entire holiday apartment is exclusively at your disposal.

You can reach us by email and messenger daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, are of course included.
We also provide a basic supply of toiletries, toilet paper, and coffee capsules free of charge so that you can start your holiday right away.

The town of Rüdesheim charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. We will, of course, provide these, so you don’t need to worry about anything else.
House Rules

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you observe the following house rules:

Quiet Hours
Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid playing loud music or making other disruptive noises during this time.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. This also applies to smoking by the window and in the bathroom.

Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please contact us before booking.

Charging Electric Vehicles
Charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other electric vehicles is not permitted in the accommodation. No suitable charging infrastructure is available. For safety and insurance reasons, charging via standard electrical sockets is strictly prohibited.

Guest Information
A guest information folder containing important details about the accommodation, the surrounding area, and emergency contacts is available in the apartment. Please take a moment to review it upon your arrival.

Sustainable Use
Please use electricity, water, and heating carefully and responsibly.

Additional Rules
Please treat the furnishings with care.
Please separate your trash and use the designated trash bins.
Please notify us immediately if anything has been damaged.
Parties, celebrations, and events are not permitted.
