The house has 4 suites, one of which is located in the outdoor area next to the pool. THE OUTDOOR SUITE IS PERFECT FOR BABIES, YOUR EMPLOYEES, OR CLIENTS.

AT PIERRE VERTE, WE HAVE UNIFORMED SECURITY GUARDS PATROLLING THE STREETS 24 HOURS A DAY, MAKING TWO ROUNDS.

GARAGE FOR 3 CARS (there’s no need to leave cars in the garage due to the high security of the area). We, the owners, usually park our cars in front of the house.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Sleeps up to 14 people, including adults and children.
2- No pets of any size or breed allowed.
3- Parties or events are not permitted.
4- Do not rent to a group of young people.
5- No smoking in the rooms.
6- HOURS: Check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
7- Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m.
