This property is located in Steinheidel, a small hamlet consisting of a few individual houses or small plots of land, which is close to Breitenbrunn. Idyllically situated at an altitude of approx. 600 to 720 metres, the property offers wonderful views as far as the Fichtelberg or the Schwarzwassertal. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the railway station are approx. 2 km away, cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are approx. 7 km away.



One of two centrally heated, smoke-free apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor of the owner's 1,500 m² property.

For two people there is a combined living room and bedroom (double bed, couch, flat screen TV), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric hotplates, fridge, sink with mirror cabinet) and a bathroom (accessible via the corridor on the upper floor) with shower/WC.



The guest flat on the top floor (combined living room/bedroom with double bed, small sitting area, flat-screen TV, kitchen with dining table, electric hotplates, fridge, sink and WC) is available for groups of 3 or more people. Free WLAN, parking spaces and a seating area in the garden are also available.



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The municipality of Breitenbrunn and its districts are located directly in the Ore Mountains between the Auersberg (1018 m) and the Fichtelberg (1215 m). Far away from mass tourism, the village with its wooded surroundings offers very good conditions for hiking and cycling tours. The winter sports centres of Johanngeorgenstadt and Oberwiesenthal are only 10 to 15 km away.
