Cozy vacation apartment in Neustift in the Stubai Valley

Our house is located in the Milders district of the Neustift municipality in the Stubai Valley, about a 20-minute drive from the Stubai Glacier ski area. From us you come directly to the waterfront, where - past the playground - you can walk to Neustift in 20 minutes. In Milders, restaurants and a shop are within walking distance and the bus stop is 100 meters away. After a nice day of hiking in the mountains or a day of skiing, you can relax in our 65 m² apartment. We have two bedrooms for you (one of them with satellite TV) for a total of 5 people (additional baby cot possible), shower, separate toilet, anteroom and a kitchen with complete cooking and kitchenware, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, SAT TV and radio. We have a large parking lot, ski room with shoe dryer, free WiFi and you can order delicious rolls from the bakery from us.

Climbing and paragliding, swimming: we have a special treat for paragliders: after the landlord is an aviator, he can give you valuable tips. From May to November, guests of our house have free admission to the indoor pool with water slide, small outdoor pool and lawn in the Neustift leisure center. It is about 2 minutes away from us by car or about 20 minutes on the bank promenade.

Neustift is the largest, best known and most visited place in the Stubai Valley, amidst the breathtaking backdrop of the Stubai mountain peaks. Lush green meadows and forests, sunny alpine pastures with lush pastures, clear mountain lakes and roaring waterfalls characterize the surrounding landscape. Austria's largest glacier ski area with 100% guaranteed snow, Tyrol's longest natural toboggan run, countless nature trails and adventure hiking trails, including the well-known 120 km Stubai High Trail, are just a few of the highlights of Neustift

Other activities: climbing, snowboarding in the Moreboards Stubai Zoo fun park, high ropes course, paragliding, hang gliding, summer toboggan run, swimming, cross-country skiing, skiing, sledding, ice skating

Ski: The largest glacier ski area in Austria - the Stubai Glacier is 10 km away, the Elfer ski area with the 2 natural toboggan runs (one with illuminated night tobogganing) in Neustift 2 km, the Schlick 2000 ski area in Fulpmes 5 km and the Hochserles ski area 8 km. Children up to 10 years of age accompanied by an adult travel free of charge at all Stubai lifts.

Tolle Unterkunft perfekter Lage

Tolle und saubere Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Lage:In 2 Min an der Bushaltestelle, von wo aus der Bus regelmäßig zum Lift fährt. Unterkunft: es gab keine Überraschung, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war es dann auch in der Realität. Sauber und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Vermieter: super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal hier Gast sein.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, separater Eingang, 2 Balkone, schöne Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, liegt abseits der Hauptstraße. Neustift, Milders und Bushaltestelle sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

War alles gut. Zum Gletscher ca. 20min Fahrt mit dem Auto. Zum Zentrum Neustift ca. 20min Fußweg. Leider sind keine Hunde erlaubt, sonst würden wir wieder kommen.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für 4-5 Personen, ist optimal aufgeteilt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir haben nach dem Skifahren gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und fahren gut erholt nach Hause. Vielen Dank Fam. Baumann.

Viele Möglichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock Teil eines gepflegten und ruhigen Anwesens mit Ausblick auf die beeindruckenden Berge ringsum. Sie bieten die Möglichkeit für vielfältige Wege, die den Interessierten in Berührung kommen lassen mit dem Naturschauspiel des Stubai, das Tag für Tag abläuft. Besonders interessant wird dies, wenn, wie bei uns im Mai, die Touristenströme noch nicht da sind und man die Ruhe und Besonderheit dieser Alpenregion mit seinen Menschen genießen kann.

Relaxing 3-week Autumn stay in clean, quiet apartment with mountain balcony views

Martina was an exceptional and accommodating host with a lovely home that is exactly as pictured and described on the listing. I had a rejuvenating 3 week stay in late September/early October and enjoyed many walks along the river, meals on the two balconies with peaceful mountain views, and my first paragliding experience! The whole place is very clean, orderly, and internet worked great for all my Zoom video calls. It is the top floor of the home, and the private entrance is accessible via a flight of stairs on the side of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, serveware, and cooking supplies. The chickens on the property lay eggs if you're interested in fresh eggs. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but Martina kindly provided me access to the washing machine in her personal home that is attached to the apartment due to my extended stay. The bed I used was quite comfortable, but on the softer side fyi in case you have a strong preference. Plenty of space, storage, and outlets throughout. There weren't many restaurants in Milders that were open while I was there (off-season), but there's a local SPAR grocery store about a 10 minute walk south (where I purchased some basic soap/shampoo and kitchen oil/spices) or a larger Billa and more restaurants in Neustift in Stubaital which is a lovely 20-30 minute walk north along the river. You could also take the bus from the bus stop, which is only a 1-2 minute walk away. The local tourist information center is located in Neustift as well, though Martina provides many of the brochures for local attractions in the apartment. She also provided a local welcome card that included a free arrival and departure bus ticket from Innsbruck (~50 minute bus ride), a free entry to the local leisure center pool in Neustift, and free local bus rides during ski season. I would 100% recommend this home to others and would definitely return myself. Thank you Baumann family for a wonderful stay!

Besser geht nicht

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hatten für all unsere Fragen eine Antwort. Eine schöne Aussicht, saubere FEWO, gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Was braucht man mehr. Danke noch mal für den schönen Urlaub von Anja und René.
