The living room opens onto the west-facing, furnished balcony. This allows you to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air on sunny days and start your day at a leisurely pace.

The bedroom, integrated into the living area and featuring a high-quality fold-down bed, offers space for two people to sleep comfortably and relax on separate mattresses (90/200 cm).

Many small touches also give your second sleeping area just the right ambiance. It features a bunk bed with reading lamps and a desk for jotting down your thoughts. From here, you can access the modern bathroom with a nearly walk-in shower and everything you need.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. It gives you the opportunity to prepare your own meals however you like. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, and much more.


A laundry kit is provided for you, and the beds are made.

A washing machine and dryer with a coin-operated machine are available for you in the basement.

Just a few steps from the house lies the North Sea with its long, endless sandy beaches.

From your holiday home, you can reach the centre of Wangerooge—with its numerous activities—in just a few minutes on foot., Whether you’d like to spend a day in the sauna at the “Oase” seawater water park or simply enjoy a cosy cup of tea on one of the island’s many sun terraces, almost anything is possible.
