A quiet and idyllic holiday rental with a private garden, nestled in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday rental was renovated and furnished in a modern style in 2019. The property has its own parking space.



A barbecue area, lounge chairs, and a patio invite you to enjoy a leisurely meal and relax.



A beautiful lake for swimming and fishing is located 500 metres away. The Peters family, your hosts, are happy to provide a boat (10 euros/day) so you can take a trip on the beautiful lake. It’s a truly special experience during the water lily bloom in May/June. The spacious property also offers the option to bring your own boat and park a boat caravan on site. There is also a storage area for 4 bicycles.

Even the youngest guests can enjoy their holiday and let off steam at the nearby lake. A high chair is provided in the holiday rental.

The fenced-in property is ideal for a holiday with your dog. 


Note regarding pets:
- 1 dog with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm; fee of 10 EUR per day + 20 EUR one-time pet cleaning fee,
These fees are listed during the booking process. If optional services or add-ons cannot be included in the total travel price on a booking portal, it is mandatory that you specify in the comments field that you will be travelling with a dog or that you inform the property owner personally as soon as possible before your arrival.

This also applies to the other listed add-on services, such as the paid laundry package per person 10.00 EUR for the booked stay (towels/bed linens). If you do not specify the linens package during the booking process, it will be assumed that you will bring your own linens.



Holiday Rental at Lake Schwandter:

The holiday rental measures 42 square metres and features a very well-designed layout. It can accommodate up to 4 people.



You’ll find a combined living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The superbly equipped open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the whole family. It is modernly furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, sink, and microwave; coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, as well as a table and four chairs.



The bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds (80x200 cm) that can be used either separately or pushed together. Two TVs provide entertainment for young and old alike. 



The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, etc. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
