Whether you are on a business trip ... Relaxing holiday ... Short trip ... You will immediately feel at home in our retro styled fully equipped apartment.
In the existing fitted kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 hobs, oven, sink, refrigerator) you can cook something to your heart's content. A basic supply of spices, eternal, oil, coffee, tea ..... is already available.

In the living-bedroom is the dining area for 2 people.

Also integrated in this room is a couch for chilling out and a bed with a lying surface of 140 x 200 cm. Nevertheless, you have enough space to move freely.

Use the couch to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. Of course, you also have your own Internet with WLAN access in this apartment.

You don't have to burden your luggage with bed linen and towels.

Each guest receives the following as their first laundry equipment:

- complete bed linen, 1 guest towel, 1 normal towel, 1 bath towel, 1 flannel

At your request, we will be happy to change the linen package completely during your stay. We would charge this with a small fee of € 15.00 per person and change.

In your newly furnished bathroom you will find towels as well as disinfectants and first aid kits.

Please also note our following payment methods:
Deposit:
25% of the total amount within 7 days of receipt of the booking confirmation.
After receipt of the deposit, the booking becomes valid.
Final payment:
Up to a maximum of 14 days before the day of the booked arrival
Failure to comply with the payment deadlines is considered a withdrawal by the guest and entitles the landlord / manager to withdraw from the contract and re-rent.
Ancillary costs:
Ancillary costs for water, energy, waste and car parking space will not be charged.

Cancellation:
Our guests can withdraw from the contract at any time. This must be done in writing.
Applicable fees:
- no fees from the day of booking confirmation until the 60th day before the start of the rental period
- from the 60th day to the 30th day before the start of the rental period in the amount of the deposit
- from the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the rental period in the amount of 50% of the total amount
- from the 14th day before the start of the rental period in the amount of 80% of the total amount
The full travel price is due from the day of the start of the rental period.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message is valid. Amounts already paid will be charged.
Short-term arrival:
If you arrive below the deadlines in our payment methods, we will be happy to discuss these with our guests personally.
You will automatically receive our contact details with your booking confirmation.
Payments on site are only possible in cash. It is not possible to make payment by EC card or credit card.



Our apartments are located about 20 minutes from Kempten, 30 minutes from Füssen and 15 minutes from Marktoberdorf. If you love peace and quiet, you have come to the right place! We currently offer the 1-room apartment Fuchsbau on the ground floor of a former farm. There is also a spacious 2-bedroom apartment called Bergblick in the same house on the first floor.In the course of the coming months we will complete our third apartment with 4 rooms and about 115sqm. It will be called Wiesenblick., When this is completed we will start with the renovation of the fourth apartment. This will have 3 rooms.


All our guests will receive the Königscard from us free of charge at check-in. For the issue we need an identity card or passport with registration certificate from ALL travellers.



Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 21:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
