The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty the refrigerator and pantry of all food items and leftovers. Double-check the entire apartment (drawers, closets, under beds) to ensure you do not leave any personal belongings behind.
Confirm the community pool key is safely hung back on the wall hook ($50 USD fee if lost).
Place all used towels in the washer and leave it open
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays are not permitted for unregistered guests.
Loud music, excessive noise, or grills/BBQ equipment are strictly prohibited.
The pool key must always be returned to its designated place inside the unit. $50 fee will be charged for lost keys.Only colored towels from the pool
