Our property offers direct access to the Oder River. Fishing is permitted here with a fishing licence and an Oder River permit.
The 100-square-meter house has two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and in-floor heating.

1st bedroom: Double bed.

2nd bedroom: Double bed; a cot can be added.

Living room: Sofa bed for one person, TV (satellite), DVD recorder, radio, fireplace

Kitchen: Stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, bread maker, electric kettle.
Bathrooms: 1st bathroom with tub and toilet, 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Outdoor amenities: Garden, barbecue area, parking for 2 cars, 2 furnished terraces (one of which is covered), lounge chairs, children’s playground, bicycles.

Our house is a smoke-free home. However, smoking is permitted outdoors.
