A 100+ year old home in the heart of downtown Williamstown — 2.5 miles from the Ark Encounter and an easy walk to local restaurants and the historic downtown.

Four bedrooms and 11 beds sleep 13, including a six-bed bunk room, so extended families, church groups, and multi-family trips all fit under one roof.

Three full baths mean no morning traffic jam.

Spacious backyard with KY barn (to look at, not to go in!), full kitchen, and plenty of washers/dryers.

Original character throughout — this house has been standing for over a century and it shows in some of the unique details. Bedroom 1 and 2 (main floor) each have a king; the bunk room sleeps six in single beds (a hit with kids and youth groups); the fourth bedroom has a single plus a bunk. Floors are a bit rough, but original hardwood. Good news is you don't have to worry about adding a scuff!

House is spacious, kitchen is well stocked, back yard is large. It has the quaint ceiling lines of an older home and hardwood floors underneath. Mins walk just north of historic downtown. Host was quick to respond and address concerns. Great proximity to Ark Encounter.
