The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the holiday home, at the front on the left. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light. The bedroom features walnut furniture with black accents and mirrored surfaces. A highlight is the black high-gloss built-in kitchen with high-quality appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. An 80-cm TV with a built-in DVD recorder and a black velour leather sofa round out the furnishings. Large south-facing balcony with wooden furniture.

The holiday apartments are located in a holiday home newly built in 2008, featuring a total of 6 apartments of varying sizes with 1 to 4 rooms, accommodating 1–7 people, in an established residential area—just about 200 metres from the coastal forest and about 400 metres from the Baltic Sea. The furnishings in the apartments are coordinated
and individually designed. With our experience in renting out holiday apartments, we offer you an eventful and special holiday within walking distance of the sea in harmoniously furnished holiday apartments. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating; some also have an electric tiled stove. Dogs are welcome. The dog beach in Koserow is about 700 metres away along the lakeside promenade. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
