A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. When you step inside this two-story beauty, you will be welcomed by a bright and airy, coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room - ideal for entertaining! Prepare culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, an air fryer, plenty of counter space, and a sparkling island with seating. When mealtime is over, spread out comfortably in the inviting living room and make yourself at home as you watch an entertaining show or movie on the TV with cable or play games. On the first floor, you will also discover a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two well-appointed coastal bedrooms - both bedrooms are equipped with TVs, while one of them enjoys an en suite bath. The upper level boasts a private main suite with a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. This resort home also enjoys a prime location near amazing local attractions, including Treasure Island, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Mustang Island State Park, and Roberts Point Park. Great location and beautiful home however it needs a little TLC

The house alone was beautiful, decorated so nice and was in a great location. It just needs a little TLC and would be willing to book again..

New House, Great Location, Great Community

House was fully stocked and then some. Restrooms had plenty of soap and shampoos, towels, hand towels and wash rags. Kitchen was fully stocked and accommodated my family well. This house still smelt brand new, everything about it was great. Pictures do not lie, they are accurate. Beds were awesome, even the pullout sofa was great! Had plenty of room for the 6 of us and then had more if we needed too. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay again.
