Amazing stay!

Our family absolutely loved this house. The location was great, and the house was clean and well kept. The game room added a nice touch as well that my kids enjoyed. The whole resort was very nice and we look forward to coming back.

Adorable with great attention to detail

The house was clean, cool, and well equipped. Plenty of space for our family get away and the kids loved the game room! So much natural light, but also high end shutters and shades to close it out if needed to keep things cool during the day. We could watch the boys fish from the balcony, just pack plenty of bug spray.

Weekend getaway

This place would have been 5 stars all the way but I found blood stains on a pillow sham upon arrival. The place was great for a weekend getaway. Even the adult children enjoyed the game room.

Nice home for a small family

We thought the space was great for a family of 3. Home lacked a little on cleanliness and smelled like cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in.

Beautiful House

We stayed here with our two year old on. It was extremely kid friendly and he loved the games they had in the garage. The view from out back was lovely. There is a road nearby as others have stated but it isn't that loud and we brought our sons sound machine so you couldn't hear anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Beach Vibes

We loved everything about this house! It was very clean upon arrival. We loved having dinner on the back patio and having our morning coffee on the balcony! This house is located next to the main road but it did not bother us. I loved that it was the corner lot bc it felt more “private”. We will definitely be returning to this house if it’s available in the future!!

Perfect for our family

This home was perfect for our family of 4 plus my sister and her daughter. We loved that the kitchen is downstairs which is hard to find in some homes. The view of the pond is nice. The game room was a hit with the kids! They also liked walking around the pond. All TVs are smart TVs so it made it easy for the kids to watch their shows. The home had everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent for Kids!

My kids absolutely loved the converted game room, how cool! House had every single thing we needed in the kitchen. I was also pleased to see they left us soaps for washer, extra trash bags and even brand new sponges and cleaning towels etc. everything was very thoughtful. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. We cannot wait to rebook this house!

House was very clean and provided all the necessary equipment for our stay (including soap and shampoo/conditioner). The outdoor furniture was so dirty, though, that we were not able to sit outside and use it. The house is in a quiet area of the resort; however, it is right next to the road, so you do hear the cars and see their lights at night. The car noise doesn’t bother our family, so it wasn’t a big deal. There were no small wash rags as far as I could find, but they did provide one-time use face wipes. Our kids loved the bunk room with kids shows on the tv. We did not use the game room, but I’m sure it would be great for older kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Okay of a stay

Kokomo was a nice home and the beds were comfortable. My boys enjoyed the game room. We did have a septic issue where the downstairs toilet overflowed while the upstairs showers were being used. Trying to find someone to help took a long time and we were sent from one place to another for almost an hour. The maintenance man finally came but did not fix the problem. The house is right by the main road, so be advised that there is a lot of road noise in the early morning. The website doesn’t particularly say anything about this.

...a few nights of escape.

Hello, Our stay here at the resort was both a treat and sort of a thorn. The home is beautiful, clean and truly perfect. The address was a bit of a headache to find via GPS(as it does pull it up) . We did call the customer service number which yielded the same results that we had already found. The property managers covered all of our needs. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the awesome outdoor space provided on the back balconies as the mosquitos were overly plentiful. We would definitely book again as the area was quiet, reserved and travel friendly. I do wish that check out wasnt so early and check in wasn't so late. Over all. It's a beautiful and close enough escape from reality. I simply wanted to be both honest and fair to the property owners.
