The property consists of two connected vacation homes, each with its own entrance, so you can enjoy your privacy and also retreat. In addition to the bright and modern interior and the views of the outdoors, you will find a fully equipped gym in both buildings. Go about your daily exercise routine and then come together by the pool to sweat it out, take a quick shower and refresh yourself in the pool. Enjoy your meals on the covered terraces overlooking the sea and experience a fantastic view over the whole of Sumartin from the roof terrace.



The sea is just a stone's throw away. There are numerous beaches in the surrounding area, including pebble, sand and concrete beaches. Experience numerous entertainment options in the area, restaurants and hiking and cycling trails around the island. In nearby restaurants you can sample numerous specialties and try local wines, olive oil, prosciutto and cheese.
