You’ll be staying in a two-family house in a central location in Koserow.
The Baltic Sea beach is just a few metres away. Many shops and restaurants are right nearby or just a few minutes’ walk away. The newly built pier is also within walking distance (1.3 km).

We ask for your cooperation in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to protect the climate and conserve resources.

2-room holiday apartment in the main building:

Holiday rental No. 2 is located on the ground floor of the main house. On the property, you’ll find your own seating area with a grill.

Two adults plus one child can enjoy a wonderful holiday here in a 2-room apartment.

Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is available upon advance request,

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bikes) is permitted only under constant supervision and with someone present (fire and explosion hazard)

Guests may use the DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the holiday rental guaranteed under travel law. Consequently, a reduction in rent cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system, parts thereof, or a router.


The holiday rental (approx. 57 m²) is located on the ground floor of the main building.
The holiday rental includes 1 combined living and dining room, a living room with a sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private seating area with a grill on the property, and 1 parking space;

- Laminate flooring in the living areas and tile flooring in the bathroom;
- Kitchen, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
