Premium cottage in architectural design in the style of a Tuscan villa, south exposure.

Centrally located in the Mid-Tyrol region, close by many popular holiday destinations like Mieminger Sunny Plateau, Oetztal, Seefeld, Leutasch, St. Anton, Ischgl, Serfaus.

The house has a living space of 300 m² (shared between the ground floor, the top floor an partly the basement of the villa), 2 terraces, 3 balconies as well as a two-car garage and park areas for up to 5 cars.

Luxury interior with different great wellness areas starting with the comfortable sauna area (the sauna at users option is operating as a finish or as a steam sauna), than the stylish Infrared & relax area (with an Infrared deep heat sauna cabin with integrated media equipment), than the private whirlpool with colour therapy (in the master bathroom) coming finally to the cutting-edge fitness area with an ergometer, a crosstrainer and a multifunctional strength training machine all of them in studio quality.
Totally 55 m2 of "private SPA".

5 bedrooms with a capacity for up to 12 guests (3 double bedrooms, 2 three-bed rooms) or rather including the library changable into a 6th bedroom for up to 14 guests, 2 bathrooms both with shower and bath tub (one of them with an integrated whirlpool with colour therapy), 1 additional WC and an extra large shower in the sauna area (usable together with the additional WC nearby as a 3rd full bathroom).

Huge living, eating and cooking area of over 85 m2 consisting of a kitchen area with a sitting area for 2 guests, an eating area with a very large and extendable dining table for 8 to 12 guests, than a living, eating and playing area in the middle of the living area with an other extendable table for 4 to 6 guests, than an other very lovely living and fireplace area with a large sitting suite (couch), a 50" flat screen TV and a high-grade fireplace in spanisch marble and finally the library with a great selection of books.

A lot of space and many retreat possibilities as well as relaxation and activities in premium quality for particularly demanding single guests, couples and families starting with 2 o 3 people as well as for extended families and tourist parties up to 14 guests with sense of style.

The entire living and spa area of the house as well as the terraces and balconies, the garage and the parking areas are reserved to the exclusive usage for the current tourist party (in the Eastern part of the basement - detached by a separate entrance - there is located the reception or rather an office of the owner which is occoupied occasionally on workdays).

Tolle Tage in einem umwerfenden Haus!!!!

Wir haben dieses wundervolle Haus im Freundeskreis aufgrund einer Rafting-tour in der Imster Schlucht über Himmelfahrt gebucht und waren völlig begeistert. Schon die Vorbereitung und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter waren überwätigend und das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen!!! Alles wurde unseren Wünschen entsprechend vorbereitet und im Haus fehlt es an nichts! Der Blick aus den Zimmern war atemberaubend auf die noch verschneiten Berge und es war extrem ruhig im Haus. Und Kühe stehen direkt an der Auffahrt hinter einem Zaun und begrüssen einen morgens! Auch Feiern konnten wir gut im Haus, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt und man so nicht so stark auf den Lärm achten muss! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, leider hatten wir keine Zeit aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthaltes den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen. Nächstes Mal... vielen dank von uns an den Vermieter und die gesamte Crew! Wir haben schon viele Häuser online gebucht, aber dieses Haus und die persönliche Betreuung stechen auf alle Fälle raus!

Perfect location for our Honeymoon!

The villa is beautiful, finished to the highest standards and offers a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and of the other quaint houses nearby. The staff are very hospitable and the villa is kept very clean. Pamphlets are also provided to facilitate the newcomers’ way around the village and surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and part of it leads to a dining room and living room, the latter of which has a very comfortable sofa with a large TV, stereo system and a functional fireplace. The library/games room offers a spot of privacy for the avid reader. The kitchen, dining room, living room and library/games room face a terrace ideal to enjoy the weather from. One side of the kitchen leads to a wash room where one can get one’s laundry done. Through the living room, one can visit the wellness room which has a sauna, shower, deckchairs and another stereo system. There is a toilet room and a bedroom, particularly handy if one prefers to sleep downstairs. Upstairs, one can find a bathroom and a number of bedrooms (one with a luxurious ensuite including a Jacuzzi bath apart from a shower). The bedrooms also have terraces to enjoy the view from. One can also visit the gym below the wellness room should one prefer to work out indoors. A metre or so from the front door, there is also a good-sized garage with an automatic door and spacious drive-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all amenities. Highly recommended.

So good we went back for another visit!

We rented this property for the same week last year. We had three generations together. This house is absolutely top notch in every way. My Mother joined us on this trip at 85. She has never travelled with us as she doesn't like to leave her home. Having agreed to come last year she was so impressed with the beauty of the property and it's surroundings but, a big plus, was the spotless way this property is maintained. The open plan layout works so well as people can be doing their own thing but feel part of the group. Everything about this house states quality. The standard to which it is maintained is second to none. There is so much to do in the area that a week is not enough. We were thrilled to meet Gunther this time, the owner, he is charming. Nothing is too much trouble for the family. They really want you to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home! We are lucky enough to travel a great deal and I can honestly say this property is one of the best.

Fantastic accomodation

We arrived very late on Sat evening (close to midnight), yet there was someone there to show us around and tell us how things work, etc. The house itself is stunning and everything inside is of an extremely high quality and standard. It was extremely well equipped with pretty much any kind of utensil and appliance you could need - especially an excellent coffee grinder machine. We had three families yet there was more than enough room to have your own "quiet space". We were here to ski and it is very well situated with most ski pistes within a 45 minute drive e.g. St Anton, Fiss, Solden, etc. Would definately advise anyone to look at this and we will certainly be considering it again for future accomodation.

A beautiful property

We chose this property for a family vacations to suit the needs of three generations. This house is of an extremely high quality as are all the fixtures and fittings. It is immaculately clean. There are some lovely extra touches like the trees that light up on the patio. The family that own it are delightful and cannot do enough for you. The views are stunning from the house. We found the situation ideal for the places we wanted to visit. We had a perfect stay in a truly gorgeous property.

Wohnen wie ein Star

Wunderschönes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Von der voll eingerichteten Küche bis hin zu Schalf- und Badezimmer. Man findet alles vor was das Urlauberherz begehren kann. Die Küche haben wir voll eingerichtet vorgefunden. Inklusive Kaffe und Gewürzen und sogar eine Küchenrolle war da! In der tollen Küche macht kochen sogar im Urlaub Spaß. Für eventuelle „Grillmeister“ ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Die Bibliothek bietet für jede Leseratte ein „Gustostückerl“ und für den Hörgenuss ist ebenfalls gesorgt. Der Wellnessraum lädt sofort zum Seele baumeln lassen ein oder ist ein idealer Entspannungsbereich nach einem actionreichen Ausflug. Der Standort selbst ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Activitäten wie z.B.: Wanderungen, Städtebesichtigungen oder Extreme Sports Activities (Aerea 47). Der äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter steht mit Rat immer zur Seite! Es war ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub.Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Danke!

Wunderschönes Haus mit entspanntem Vermieter

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Jugendlichen für sieben Nächte in der wunderschönen Villa im österreichischen Mötz. Eine (sehr) kurzfristige Umbuchung von 13 auf 12 Personen konnten wir dank dem kulanten Vermieter noch vornehmen. Und auch kleine entstandene Schäden (Geschirr und Gartenliegen) wurden unkompliziert geklärt. Alles in Allem war das ein Urlaub wie wir ihn uns nicht schöner hätten wünschen können. Für jeden empfehlenswert!

Super Urlaub

Wir,eine Gruppe aus 10 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind,verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der "Luxus-"Villa. Das Haus bot alles,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Zimmer,Küchen-,Ausstattung ( v.a.Whirlpool,Sauna etc.) alles wie beschrieben und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wanderwege fussläufig zu erreichen aber auch mit dem Auto einige schöne Ziele in der Nähe.Innsbruck ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert (25 Minuten). Fazit: Urlaub für alle Ansprüche möglich. Zuletzt will ich mich noch beim Vermieter bedanken, den wir als sehr netten und kulanten Gastgeber kennenlernen durften (z.B.vergessener Rasierer wurde kostenlos zurückgeschickt u.a.m.). Villa WellnessHome ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

Excellent place for a big family holiday

My and my wife´s 60th birhtday celebration holiday with all our children and grand children, 11 persons, had a very nice week in Austria in Mötz. The vacation home was an excellent place for us: every couple and children had own rooms and bath rooms. We used jaguzzi and sauna almost every day. From the balcony we saw horses, cats and a bordercollie and a farm house life, this was nice especially for the children. Black birds started singing early in the morning. The place was near many places worth seeing: Innsbruck, Telfs, Füssen, Zams, Partnachklamm etc. Even from the house we wandered up to the mountains. The kitchen was fully equiped, but we had our lunches out and one of the best restaurants was only 200 metres away (Hörmanns restaurant) and the food was good! In Mieming there was also a very good golf restaurant. I can recommend this vacation home for a big family. Especially if you enjoy quiet and stressless time and you want to spend time together with your love ones...

Great holiday home. Go for it!

I spent 2 weeks in this lovely vacation home along with my wife, parents and kids this Spring. It was so awesome that the time just flew by. It is very kids and elderly friendly place having great access and breath-taking views of the magnificient mountains all around the valley. The house is well planned, well maintained and extremely well stocked with utencils, cutleries, cleaning supplies etc. A special mention for the owner who is a thorough gentleman - very helping and honest. That he works out of his home office some days was very helpful to us as we walked in with our small little queries (like german to english translation :)) All that you need from a vacation in the Alps is right there - Superstores, hiking trails, train station, playgrounds. Some of the best attractions of Austria are an hour away by car. Go for it if you are looking for a relaxed vacation in a great Austrian Village.

Todo salio perfecto

Muchismas gracias por todo. Hemos estado realmente encantados con la hospitalidad y los consejos del casero, que habla español perfectamente y se ha portado muy bien. La casa es magnifica y espaciosa, con unas vistas increibles y un acceso perfecto para hacer rutas a lo largo del Tirol. Las habitaciones, con baño, y la sauna para relajarse despues de un dia intenso de Ski, fue una bendicion para nuestros cuerpos. Hemos estado 8 personas y habia espacio para alguna mas. La cercania a Innsbruck facilitaba mucho las cosas para ir a realizar turismo o algunas compras. Si las fechas lo permiten, volveremos a esta casa, a disfrutar de los paisajes, de sus estaciones de ski y de la magnifica sauna

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Nach einer Woche Skifahren, in der wir tolles Wetter hatten, konnten wir zwei Dinge feststellen: Das Haus war entsprechend der Beschreibung bestens ausgestattet und hat bei allen die Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben waren die Saunagänge nach dem Skifahren und das Kochen in der großzügigen, offenen Küche. Das Skigebiet Oetz war schnell erreichbar und besonders für Familien empfehlenswert. Das Fahrens zum Skigebiet wurde durch das tolle Haus kompensiert, da sich jeder nach dem Skifahren auf die Erholung "daheim" gefreut hat.

Meine Familie und ich möchten uns herzlich für eine traumhafte Zeit in Ihrem Haus bedanken. Es war alles perfekt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Haus befand sich in einem sauberen und gemütlichen Zustand. Sowohl unsere drei Kinder wie auch wir fanden neben den Skifahren noch jede Menge Abwechslung und Fitnessmöglichkeiten im Haus. Da auch das Wetter ausgezeichnet war, sind wir schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren. Gerne kommen wir wieder auf Besuch Liebe Grüsse Manfred und Familie

Traumhaft schön

Das Ferienhaus läßt keine Wünsche offen und ist auch für kleinere Gruppen geeignet, da nur die Zimmer zugänglich sind, die auch gemietet wurden. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet allen Komfort. Die gehobene Ausstattung wie z.B. Fußbodenheizung, offener Kamin, Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Fitnessgeräten macht Laune. Durch die zahlreichen Balkone und Terrassen sind immer sonnige Fleckchen zu finden (wir hatten glücklicherweise schönstes Wetter im Spätherbst), eine Bestuhlung ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist durch die Größe ideal, da jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich finden kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist insoweit gut, dass alle interessanten Ziele für uns in kurzer Zeit erreichbar waren. Der Service des Vermieters war sehr gut. So wurde extra für die Kinder ein Schlafzimmer in ein Spielzimmer umfunktioniert. Ein Babybett war auch nicht nötig, uns wurde ein Gitterbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaube!

Sowohl im Winter zum Schi fahren als auch im Sommer zum Wandern habe ich die Urlaube hier sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich erwünscht. Im Winter die Sauna (nach einem anstrengenden Schitag herrlich!), im Sommer die großzügige sonnige Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick sind ideal zum Entspannen. Habe mich in dem eleganten und doch gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!

Der Urlaub hier in diesem sehr,sehr schönen Haus war einfach traumhaft. es ist sehr gemütlich, elegant, großzügigst und bietet jeden Komfort. Das besonders Tolle und Angenehme war,dass jedes Familienmitglied seinen eigenen Rückzugsbereich hatte - sogar seine eigene Sonnenterasse! Für uns war es ein Aufenthalt in einem "Erholungs-Schloss" mitten in den Tiroler Bergen, das wir nach unseren Wandertagen sehr genossen! Wir möchten auf alle Fälle wiederkommen - auch im Winter zum Skifahren -, und freuen uns schon darauf!

A Great Vacation. Highly recommended

We are an extended family of 11 people between the ages of 50 to 3 months old. The house was perfect for us. everything that was promised was there and much more. Erwartungen weit übertroffen

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten unseren Winterurlaub in diesem wunderschönen " Anwesen". Die im Inserat angegebenen Angaben trafen in vollem Umfang zu. Man kann bei diesem Haus von einer gehobenen, exklusiven Ausstattung sprechen. Von Fussbodenheizung über Kamin und Sauna war alles in diesem Haus was einen Urlaub ausmacht. Wir werden dieses Haus wieder mieten und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
