The approximately 48 m² apartment is located on the ground floor with a sunny terrace and is suitable for up to 4 people. The living room is designed with an open kitchen and offers plenty of space to enjoy your shared holiday. The accommodation does not have a dishwasher.



The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the picturesque village centre of Ardez. Here you will also find various shopping facilities and the post office. Salsiz, Landjäger or Natura Beef meat can be obtained directly from the nearby Naturhof Campell.



Ardez railway station is 160 m away and can be reached on foot in approximately 3 minutes. The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached via Ftan by car in 5 minutes or via Scuol by train in 10 minutes. Ardez has a night-time cross-country ski run that can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The neighbouring village of Ftan also has the 8.5 km long Dario Cologna cross-country ski run.



In summer, the whole Lower Engadin is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. Popular is the hike from Ardez via a suspension bridge to Tarasp and then to Scuol or to the Murtera d'Ardez, a filming location for the Schellenursli film. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
