Allegra illa Chasa Suot Chastè - Welcome to the cosy 4 ½-room attic flat with a view of the roofs of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The approx. 100 m2 holiday flat is located in a two-family house, which was built by Engadine returnees in the Italian Art Nouveau style in 1909. The interior of the flat was extensively renovated in 1991 and the façade was renewed in 2000.
A large garden and a cosy stone table for 6 people and two deckchairs invite you to enjoy barbecues and hours outdoors. From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. In the warm and comfortably furnished flat you can enjoy your holidays all around. The living room captivates with the sitting area and the reading chair, here you can really let your soul rest with a good read. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The accommodation has a new steam cooker.
The dining table with corner bench invites you to eat or play together. The three bedrooms are furnished with single beds 2x 90×200, a double bed 180 x 200 and a single bed 120 x 200. Two bathrooms allow everyone to start the day calmly in the morning. One is equipped with a double washbasin, bathtub, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer, the second with shower and WC. A reserved parking space is available at the school building. The train station, which is only a few minutes' walk from the flat, offers further parking spaces at reduced prices. Shopping is available in the local shops in the village, all within a few minutes' walk.
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Ardez is known as a model village of Romanesque residential culture. In addition, you will find a rich flora and fauna in and around Ardez. Ardez is one of the selected "Emerald Areas", which distinguish particularly valuable habitats. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the Lower Engadine nature, relax in the bathing area with mineral water or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park.
The flat has been awarded the IBEX FAIRSTAY certification, which means that it fulfils strict standards for sustainability, comfort and hospitality.
The skiing area of Motta Naluns can be reached by car in 10 minutes via Ftan, and by train in the same 10 minutes via Scuol. The neighbouring village of Ftan also has an 8.5 km long cross-country skiing trail.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Wohnstube mit dem Ofen hat uns gefallen.
Eine Abwaschbürste für das Geschirr in der Küche wäre praktisch.

Unser Ferien in Ardez
Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl in der Wohnung. Sie ist heimelig eingerichtet, hell und freundlich.
Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
Es war alles sehr sauber, und es war sehr ruhig. Genau das was wir uns gewünscht
haben.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr gut, zentral, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.

Nahe bei Bahnhof und Café
Die Wohnung liegt nahe beim Bahnhof und ebenso beim hervorragenden Café mit französischer Patisserie. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet von der Küche bis zur Bibliothek.
