Idyllically located at the holiday park in Berum, this family-friendly holiday home awaits you with a partially fenced-in garden where your four-legged friend is also welcome. <br><br>The 120-square-meter house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering open fields and features a master bedroom with a box-spring bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and tub. Two additional bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower branch off from the spacious entryway. One bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a desk; there is also a pull-out bed under the single bed. The third bedroom has a box-spring sofa bed that, when extended, sleeps two people (1.60 cm). A spacious living room with a large window front and a view of the garden features a cosy seating area with a TV armchair and a television. <br>The kitchen seats six people and is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available for use. <br><br>Outside, there is a beautiful seating area for six people with lounge chairs and cushions. An electric awning and a parasol provide protection from the elements—whatever they may be ;-) A spacious garden invites you to relax. <br><br><br>From March 15 through October 31, a local tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night applies. High school and college students over the age of 18 pay €1.00 per night. Children are exempt from this fee. Note: If you spend more than 24 nights in the Hage municipality during the specified period, the annual visitor’s pass for €48 per person is a good value.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is paid in cash on site and forwarded by us to the municipality; you don’t have to worry about a thing and can start your holiday right away.
