The apartments are ideal for singles, couples or travel partners. The studio apartments are located on the upper floor of the holiday home. They consist of a large combined living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Equipped kitchen and daylight bathroom.



Cozy studio with south-facing balcony on the 1st floor

This approx. 35 m² studio on the 1st floor of our holiday home convinces with a bright, spacious living ambience. The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the living room with plenty of space and a practical secretary invites you to relax or work.

The fully equipped kitchenette blends harmoniously into the living area and offers everything for daily self-catering. A modern daylight bathroom and a washing machine provide additional comfort. A cloakroom is available in the hallway.

A special highlight is the south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lively village life.


The house, built in 1998, is located in the village of Koserow. The southwest-facing apartments have a view over the island, which is quite narrow at this point, to the Achterwasser. On the balconies you can enjoy the sunset. The house has the 3 apartments, which are located on the upper floor. Commercial units are housed on the first floor.

The pier and the beach of Koserow are only a few hundred meters away. Since you are in the middle of the village, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The 2-room apartment (Wollin 1) with 40m² has a daylight bathroom, equipped kitchen, double bed and other amenities. The two studios (Wollin 2 and 3) are somewhat smaller at 35 m² and with their sloping ceilings they are extremely cosy and charming.

Dogs only allowed on special request. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
