The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The kitchen is newly furnished and includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher.
The living room is tastefully furnished. The smart TV, the radio with CD player, and the DVD player with a selection of DVDs provide entertainment, as do the Wi-Fi internet connection, books, and family games. You can relax as you please on the covered patio or in the garden. The garden is fenced, so you can let your dog out without worry. You can store your bicycles in the dry garden shed. Upstairs, accessible via a space-saving staircase, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a small bathroom.

A wallbox is available for charging electric vehicles, along with a 5-meter charging cable (Type 2 plug).
