In winter, the cross-country ski trails can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot via a bridge over the “Leutascher Ache.” The “Zum Hohen Sattel” toboggan run is also a 10-minute walk away. Shopping options, as well as the Katzenkopf ski area, are located in the Weidach district. Parking available at the house. Ski storage room in the basement.
