A completely newly furnished and renovated apartment for 2 people awaits you in the heart of Altenburg. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket where you can stock up on daily necessities. A bakery for fresh morning rolls and a butcher shop are also just a short walk away. Several restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. :-)
Altenburg Castle, the adjacent park, and the historic old town are just a stone’s throw away, and after your daily outing, a refreshing shower and a comfortably made box-spring bed await you in the home you’ve always been looking for. The 55-inch flat-screen TV, positioned facing the bed, rounds out your comfort.
Whether by bike, train, bus, or on foot—whether taking the S-Bahn to Leipzig or heading to Gera, Dresden, or Jena—all of Central Germany is at your fingertips from here!

The apartment features a new brand-name built-in kitchen with brand-name appliances; the new Brazilian slate makes the Pandon look like carpet. It’s very pleasant to walk on. And the underfloor heating installed throughout the apartment offers a completely new sensation underfoot.
Dishes, glasses, silverware, as well as towels and bed linens are included.
You’ll also find a kettle, a coffee maker, a built-in Miele stove, a Liebherr refrigerator, and a Siemens washing machine.
The walk-in shower and a rimless toilet make your stay at “Zipfel” perfect!

Of course, you’re welcome to smoke in the courtyard. It’s covered near the door, offering protection from rain and snow.
Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday rental! Pets are not allowed!

Unfortunately, we generally cannot accommodate extra beds.
Since this is an apartment building, we ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Therefore, parties and celebrations are not permitted!
