Nice apartment in a peaceful small complex. Great location just off the seafront with restaurants, bars and shops (including a handy Spar small supermarket nearby). If not intending to explore the island then no need for a car. The Old Town and Harbour are within walking distance or there are plenty of buses. We would be very happy to stay again.

Great appartment very near to the sea front and busy strip but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing at night time so you can sleep early with no disterbances.

Excellent apartment within the Maribel complex. As I also stayed in an apartment owned by the complex, this was much better. Everything working as it should except for a double wall socket in the kitchen. Linen change & cleaning as described did not happen during a 14 night stay. Bed mattresses were not the best, but we really enjoyed the apartment. I would book again.

Perfect location

Lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment. Location brilliant near our favourite restaurants and beach. Also great for walks to Playa Honda and Peurto del Calero. Janet is a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our holiday .

Great position by The Strip

So many bars & restaurants nearby. Flat & easy to walk to them all. If you want to go further afield ( to Old Town etc) then taxis are plentiful & very reasonable

We have just got home after having a great holiday in this apartment and it was lovely it’s got everything you need and is so close to bars restaurants and shops all the staff that work on the complex we’re really friendly and helpful as was Janet with any questions we had before arriving.

Perfect location

A good sized, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment ideally located for beaches, restaurants buses etc. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this property to anyone wishing for everything on their doorstep.

Very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Small complex of about 40 apartments around a small pool. Ideal for the more 'mature' guest, very close to shops, restaurants, beach, taxis, bus stop and supermarket.

Beautiful property with everything you could need for a self catering holiday, the only items missing for me were shower gel and hand-wash, i would usually take my own but only had underseat bag this time round, the storage box on the terrace was full of extra bits that were super useful, including snorkles, sun umbrella, inflatables etc. Large selection of DVDs and books is a nice touch. Pool area clean with plenty of space. 30 seconds from the shops/restaurants and beach. Overall 10/10.

We had a lovely holiday in a nice apartment with the perfect location.All the people on the complex were friendly and helpful especially Javier and Soraya.The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the facilities we needed.The pool area was also lovely and very well maintained.Great communication from Janet as well all made it a great holiday

Puerto del Carmen

Quiet location but 2 minutes walk away from bars, restaurants and shops. Good mix of restaurants including English, Italian and a brilliant Asian restaurant who do Chinese, Thai & Japanese food. Bar & restaurant staff mostly all very friendly. Lots of beaches nearby. We especially like Flamingo beach in Playa Blanca (about 20 mins car or bus ride) which has lovely calm water for swimming.

I have three children and two little grandchildren and we all enjoy taking our breaks in Lanzarote in the sunshine

Our apartment is so conveniently located for everything we need, close to the restaurants on the main Avenida and close to beaches which suit all of the family
The added bonus for me is that our apartment is in a small complex in a flat area of Puerto del Carmen. As I have issues with walking It is ideal for my needs
